ご注文

お支払い
ネットバンキング、Paypalなどのクレジットカード決済でお支払い頂けます。通貨は円建てになります。
ご注文は商品ページまたはお問合せページよりお願い致します。
ご希望の商品名、品数、ご送付先のご住所をご入力くださいませ。
お問合せのメールアドレスにPaypalのご請求書をお送り致します。
ご入金並びに発送に関するご連絡はPaypalよりご連絡致します。

発送
国際小包（書留）で発送致します。航空便で約一週間かかります。郵便局のサイトより追跡可能です。実費をご請求致します。地域によって異なりますが以下は目安になります。

50gまで 　　  600円
150gまで 　   700円
250gまで　   1000円
500gまで　　1300円

発送が完了致しましたら、追跡番号をご連絡致します。

We accept International order from oversea users.
Google translation is available in our shop by PC view.
Please open the left side door or scroll bottom and tap "PC".   Google translation banner is located at the right top of page to read our items in detail by your language.

Order
Please send your e-mail to us:shop@stonemarble.com and let us know your items to buy and your name and address to ship. 
We will send our invoice by Paypal to your e-mail address for your payment.   

Payment
We accept Paypal only.  Currency is Japanese Yen(JPY\) only.

You can use VIZA, Master and the other credit cards in payment for our Paypal invoice without Paypal account.  Please select "Pay with a Card" when you make a payment.

Please complete your payment within 2days after receiving our invoice.
We will soon send our e-mail to let you know acceptance of your payment after checking.

Shipping
We will ship your order to your Pyapal address.
Shipping is done by International registered parcel at Japan Post within 2 business days after receiving your payment. 

After shipping, we send our e-mail to let you know Tracking No. of your order and confirm your order is completed.

International shipping fee just for reference:

600JPY for 50g
700JPY up to 150g
1000JPY up to 250g
1300JPY up to 500g

Actual shipping fee is requested.



Return Policy
In case you items arrived damaged or not arrived, we will refund full.  Please let us know within 7days after receiving. 

If you wish to return, please send your item as you recived within 7days after receiving.  We refund goods price.
